PRESSKAN 1 ¼“ NP–S Pumps

PRESSKAN® slurry screw pumps, completely developed and manufactured in the Czech Republic, they are designed for pumping of sewage and slurry water. These pumps can also deal with sewage water which contains short-fiber and long-fiber materials (such as grass, straw, peel from fruits and vegetables etc.) and solid particles with a grain size of max. 5 mm.

The casing and rotor of the motor of these pumps, cutting equipment, fasteners and hydraulics, except to the stator body of the hydraulics, are made of stainless steel. The motor shields, suction and discharge bodies of the pump are made of cast-iron, the pump bypasses are made of polyethylene. Thanks to the materials used and the robust design, these pumps are highly resistant to harsh operating conditions and exhibit long-term reliability and thus functionality of the entire pumping technology.

The pumps are equipped with a special cutting device that is able to cut objects (textiles without artificial fibers) that may accidentally appear in the sump tanks of the pressure sewer. In case of servicing, the design allows easy dismantling of pump components even in difficult conditions. NP-S 1¼“  PRESSKAN® pumps are manufactured with connection voltage 3 x 400V or 230V.  Both versions are compatible with each other in the pressure network. The pumps are very easily repaired, so the cost of any repair and spare parts is only a few dozen dollars

Stainless steel pump

Pump for sump tanks of pressure sewerage. PRESSKAN® slurry screw pumps, completely developed and manufactured in the Czech Republic, they are designed for pumping of sewage and slurry water. These pumps can also deal with sewage water which contains short-fiber and long-fiber materials (such as grass, straw, peel from fruits and vegetables etc.) and solid particles with a grain size of max. 5 mm.

The pumps are not intended for pumping of liquid containing abrasive impurities (sand etc.), ropes, synthetic fibers, synthetic textiles etc. All metal components of these pumps, except for the stator body of the hydraulics, are made of stainless steel. Also, the suction body with a shredder and submersible, water-cooled motor are made of stainless steel. Thanks to a simple design and a stainless steel material, a long service life of pumps was achieved without the need for costly servicing. The pumps are very easily repaired, so the cost of any repair and spare parts is only a few dozen dollars.
